Health Insurance Changed My Life
A doctor in a new country with lots of degrees and accolades but none of it translated to my actual skills.
After completing my medical degree, I worked as a surgeon before moving back to America. Unable to utilize my training and skills in the OR and continue the work I loved so much, I struggled to find a new career that brought me the same joy and fulfillment as being a clinician.
Health insurance sales was the only opportunity I was given as an over qualified medical professional. Working as a health insurance advisor has allowed me to leverage my medical knowledge to very quickly make risk assessments based on health and offer recommendations.
I have been able to build businesses that gives me the freedom to explore my passions, spend quality time with my family, and connect with inspiring people each and every day.
Now it’s my mission to help other professionals achieve the same level of agency in their careers without worrying about health insurance.
